Dividend Policy
The Company always complies with the applicable legislation in implementing its dividend policy. Payment of the final dividend shall be upon the approval of the General Meeting of Shareholders (“GMS”) based on the recommendation from the Board of Directors, while payment of interim dividend shall be upon approval of the Board of Commissioners.
